This policy explains what personal information Vins Fitness collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, WhatsApp number and email address.
- Coaching information: your goals, training history, schedule, body measurements, progress photos, food habits, and any health information you choose to share.
- Payment records: the date and amount of your bank transfer. We do not collect card details.
- Website use: basic, anonymous visit statistics, and whether a visitor clicked a WhatsApp button.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, build and adjust your plan, review your progress, manage your membership and refunds, and understand how the website and our adverts perform. Health information and progress photos are used only for your coaching.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. It is handled by a small number of service providers that we need to run the service:
- WhatsApp (Meta), for messages and calls.
- The Vins Fitness app, for your plans and check-ins. The app runs on a third-party coaching platform that stores this information on our behalf.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website and provides anonymous visit statistics.
- Google, if we run Google Ads, to measure which adverts lead to enquiries.
These providers may store data outside the country you live in.
Photos and reviews
We never publish your photos, name or review without your permission. Reviews shown on this website have names and personal details removed.
How long we keep it
We keep your coaching information while you are a member and for 6 months afterwards, then delete it. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Cookies and advertising
The website may use cookies or similar technology from Google to measure advert performance. You can control this in your browser settings and in your Google ad settings.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw permission for photos or reviews, at any time by emailing or messaging us. We reply within 10 working days.
Children
The service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not accept clients under 18.
