These terms apply when you buy or use a Vins Fitness online coaching membership. By paying for a membership you agree to them.
What the service is
Vins Fitness provides online fitness coaching: a personal training plan, nutrition guidance, progress reviews every two weeks, access to the Vins Fitness app, and direct support from Coach Vinzy by WhatsApp and phone. Support is given in English or Sinhala.
Not medical advice
Coaching is fitness and nutrition guidance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Speak to a doctor before starting if you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant, or take medication. Tell Coach Vinzy about any health problem that could affect your training. You train at your own risk and should stop and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or illness.
Who can join
You must be at least 18 years old. We do not accept clients under 18.
Memberships and prices
- 1 month: $100 / ₩150,000
- 3 months: $150 / ₩200,000
- 6 months: $270 / ₩380,000
- 12 months: $500 / ₩700,000
These are community prices for Sri Lankans only. International clients are quoted separately; we may ask you to confirm that you are Sri Lankan before a membership starts.
The price shown is the total for the whole period. Prices can change for new memberships; a membership you have already paid for is not affected.
Payment and activation
Payment is by bank transfer, in full, before the membership starts. Your membership begins on the day we send your activation email.
Pausing, cancelling and refunds
See the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your part
Give accurate information about your health, experience and goals. Send your check-in photos and updates when asked, so your plan can be adjusted. Your plan is made for you personally; do not share, sell or publish it.
Results
Results vary from person to person and depend on your effort, consistency and health. We do not guarantee any specific result.
Photos and reviews
Your progress photos are used only for coaching. We never publish your photos, name or review without your permission, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, Vins Fitness is not liable for injury, loss or damage that results from following the coaching, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current membership.
Ending a membership
We may end a membership if a client is abusive, shares their plan or account, or gives false health information. In that case the Refund Policy applies.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The service is provided by Vins Fitness, registered in South Korea in 2023.
