This policy explains what happens to your payment if you cancel or pause a Vins Fitness coaching membership.
Cancelling before activation
Your membership starts when we send your activation email. If you cancel before that email is sent, you receive a full refund.
Cancelling in the first month
Once your account is activated, you are charged the one-month membership price ($100 / ₩150,000). The rest of what you paid is transferred back to your bank account within 3 working days.
Cancelling after more than one month
If you have used the service for more than one month, you are charged the one-month membership price plus $5 for each day used after the first month. The rest of what you paid is transferred back to your bank account within 3 working days.
The charge is never more than the amount you paid. If the charge reaches the amount you paid, there is no refund and nothing further to pay.
Pausing your membership
- 1-month membership: no pause
- 3-month membership: 1 pause
- 6-month membership: 2 pauses
- 12-month membership: 4 pauses
One pause can last up to one year. Your remaining time is kept and continues when you return.
How to cancel or pause
Message Coach Vinzy on WhatsApp or send an email. The date of your message is the date we use to work out your refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are sent by bank transfer to the account you paid from. Bank charges and currency conversion on your side are outside our control.
